The grapes, harvested at their full ripeness, undergo traditional red winemaking, with intensive and prolonged maceration programs. The "saignée" technique is also used to enhance the extraction of color and polyphenols.
The resulting wine is then placed in 50 Hl French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 18/24 months.
A wine with high extractive qualities and outstanding smoothness. It presents a determined and concentrated garnet-red color. The nose offers an intense and broad aroma with hints of plums, cherries, and blackberries harmonized with the French oak. It has a palate entry that expresses all the juiciness of the fruit; in the mouth, it shows excellent density, balance, and a caressing feel, with a full body and a long-lasting persistence.
