A delicate sparkling wine that expresses intense, clean, and pleasant aromas which unfold with notes of raspberry, blackberries, and wild strawberries, recalling certain varieties of roses. It has abundant froth and perlage. Thin bubbles rise slowly, thickly, almost creamy, continuous and persistent.
First in steel and then in the bottle, on yeasts for over 36 months.
Rosé style, at a temperature of 18°C, malolactic fermentation not carried out.
Ideal as an aperitif. Recommended for consumption throughout the meal, excellent even with meat-based dishes (cold cuts and sausages). The pairing with fish-based dishes is perfect. To ponder with a cigar, alone or in company.
