Spurred Cordon
The resulting wine is immediately placed in 50-hectoliter French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages for 18/24 months.
The grapes, harvested at their peak ripeness, undergo traditional red winemaking with intensive maceration programs.
A wine with strong extractive qualities and excellent smoothness. It has a decisive and concentrated garnet-red color. The nose offers an intense and broad aroma, with hints of plums, cherries, and blackberries harmonized with the French oak. It has a palate entry that expresses all the juiciness of the fruit; in the mouth, it is of excellent density, balanced, caressing, with a full body and a long-lasting persistence.
