The journey to create Northview Pinot Noir took Fior Di Sole winemakers to the northern reaches of Monterey County, where they found terroir perfect for crafting wines of pure expression. This 2021 vintage Pinot Noir is a testament to their commitment, offering a wine with style, substance, and direction.

 Tasting Notes 

Northview Pinot Noir opens with inviting notes of ripe black cherry, tobacco leaf, and coastal spice, a signature of Monterey Bay's cool climate vineyards. Gently used oak barrels impart complex aromas of dusted chocolate and vanilla, adding depth to the wine's profile. On the palate, this Pinot Noir presents graceful, fine-grained tannins and balanced acidity that frame the red-berry flavors mid-palate. The vibrant finish enlivens the senses, making it a perfect wine to sit back and enjoy.
